Tia Crawford from Virginia

I started smoking when I was 20; I am now 36 (about to be 37). With the recent raise in the price of almost everything, things have been getting harder for me financially. I sat and thought about the amount of money I was spending on cigarettes and became very upset with myself. From all the stress of not having money, I realized that I was wasting it away. Not only had I been wasting it, at the same time I was increasing in the amount I was smoking a day because I was stressed -which was causing me to spend more. So as of today I have decided I am going to quit. I hope that I will be successful. I have two children that depend on me. So not only do I have to do this for me, I have to do it for them. I know they will be so happy for me and give me the encouragement to continue. I wish all who decide to quit smoking the best of luck in their success.
