Lynn Peters from New Jersey

I am a currently masters of teaching student at Montclair State University. Since a very young age, I have had poor digestive health. I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance at an early age and was still getting sick. By the time I was in college it was finally diagnosed as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I still have not maintained a healthy digestive system but hope to start working out more and getting a better hold on my nutrition.
