LYNISHA from Florida

Let me introduce you to Lynisha, a former obese African American female. My starting weight on May 6, 2007 was 253 pounds. As of today my weight is down to 186 pounds! I am no longer Obese, but now considered Overweight. I am so happy; of course I am working to get in the healthy range, but to be in the Overweight instead of Obese range is such a thrill. I first wanted to lose the weight to get sexy and look good in little clothes! I still want that, however,  I am pushing myself physically more now to be a healthy, fit person. I love to run so I want to run FASTER...LONGER....HARDER....EVERYDAY..... I use my former state to help motivate others!
