"Go back to school? You're kidding," I said to my doctor. I was terrified of the idea. First of all, I suffer from bipolar disorder, panic attacks and had been on disability for 20 years. I considered the idea and prayerfully went back to school. It had always been my dream to have children and since I could not, I decided to open an early childhood center. I also love to write and wanted to help mothers. I am now 5 classes away from a duo-degree in education and psychology, and that desire to write turned into a book. I did it! If you have the courage, with proper therapy, dedication and tenacity you can do it too! You can turn your dreams into reality with the dream that everyone has: getting a good education and making difference in your world. The next time someone suggests you improve yourself, inside and out, mull it over and say to yourself, "Maybe I can do it!"
