I'm a mother of 3 and how this affects your body only mothers will know. My weight before I was pregnant was 125 lbs. Yeah, it was great; now I'm about 135-140 (it fluctuates). I'm sure you may think this is not bad. But what I'm trying to do is lose about 10-15 lbs. and gain muscle. Typically women and men can lose weight, but it is rare when you see a person lose weight and gain muscle! My goal is to lose that weight and gain muscle. If I can do it in my mind, then I can do it everyday. My inspiration is God knowing that He gave me my body to take care of. In doing so I can take care of others without being out of breath right? Being there for my children playing and running after them. You realize when you get older how hard that is and how hard it is to work out. That is why we must try harder. My motivation to others is use something as a symbol or a loved one to get you motivated to have the body you want. In turn you will have a healthy set of organs, love yourself more, have a body wanting more exercise and a diet you will love because your body is worth it! Your body is you, and how you reflect this is who you are and how you want people to notice you!
