AccentHealth is seeking a Practice Advocate for our Tampa headquarters.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Practice Advocate will call prospective customers (physician offices and health systems) to offer our complimentary healthy lifestyle program. High quality leads are provided.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively adopt a solutions-focused sales approach in prospecting, qualifying, engaging decision-makers in needs-based conversation, creating value over the phone, and closing client contracts
• Manage time effectively by contacting decision-makers through the appropriate method (phone, fax, email) to meet and exceed goal expectations
• Maintain relationships with prospective customers through the entire sales cycle, and work as an effective team member with other AccentHealth employees
• Maintain balance between prospecting and pipeline management to consistently achieve individual and team goals
• Obtain required paperwork from clients
• Receive inbound calls for the Patient Education Services Department and be flexible in helping to route calls for other departments when requested
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Two+ years experience in Inside Sales (outbound business–to–business telesales) or related business-to-business selling experience required
• Understand the consultative selling process and be able to demonstrate it effectively
• Telephone sales skills including qualifying, telephonic presentation skills, and strong interpersonal, rapport-building skills
• Sales Call center experience
• Ability to work in face paced environment
• Ability to overcome objections
• Clear understanding of the sale cycle
• Team spirit and ability to work well with colleagues
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Self-starter, goal-driven approach with great follow-through skills
• Knowledge of sales tracking system helpful
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Experience in selling to medical practices a plus
EDUCATIONAL/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc) required
• Experience with sales tracking programs, Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
• Proficient typing skills considered a plus
• Familiarity with IT terminology considered helpful

AccentHealth is seeking a Patient Education Services Network Account Manager that will be responsible for field based geographic territory coverage.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Patient Education Services Network Account Manager will manage prospective group and network customers (physician offices and health systems) to offer our complimentary healthy lifestyle network services on the field and corporate level. High quality leads are provided.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Proactively develop strategic sales approach in prospecting, qualifying, engaging network/group decision-makers at all levels in needs-based conversation, creating value over the phone and live, and closing client contracts
• Set up meetings with group/network prospects; close group/network contracts, collect site applications and paperwork in a timely fashion to drive improved sales
• Home location TBD with travel at least 60% in assigned territory.
• Manage time effectively by contacting decision-makers through the appropriate method (phone, fax, email) to meet and exceed goal expectations
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers through the network/group, and work as an effective team member with other AccentHealth employees
• Maintain balance between prospecting and pipeline management to consistently achieve group goals
• Ability to forecast against quota with detailed territory planning to include probabilities and pipeline management.
• Obtain required paperwork from clients in both the corporate and office based environments
• Ability to work inter/intra departmentally to drive business results and capitalize on VALUE sales
• Network/Group analysis to determine appropriate customers as well as group research to uncover potential clients
• Track and report against tasks through automated CRM system
• Work collaboratively with respective Network Practice Advocate within assigned territory.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• 5+ years experience in Inside and Outside Sales (business-to-business telesales and field sales) , medical practice sales, and/or health network selling experience required

Accent Health is seeking responsible Literature Detailing Representatives to perform monthly program updates, and maintain our literature campaigns in these market areas from month to month. Program updates are generally performed on the last 3 days of the month. THIS IS PART TIME, 1099 BASED CONTRACT WORK, and it should not be considered as your primary source of revenue.

Responsibilities:
• Detailing Service within a 20 mile radius
• Swap DVD disks monthly or as requested
• Distribute Literature Monthly or as requested
• Take Pictures of Literature distribution at each office and attach them to an email
• Provide Pictures and all required Monthly paperwork by the Wednesday following the Swap week
• Replace a DVD player and/or Timer if necessary
Job Qualifications
• A permanent Shipping address.
• Know how to use a remote control and have a minimum understanding of how to use a DVD player
• Strong organization skills to keep track of current detailing services and complete them in a timely manner
• Know how to transfer pictures from camera or phone to a computer and send them through email
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with Accent Health Personnel and office staff
• Have a Personal Computer with Internet Access
• Personal Transportation and a valid driver’s license, car insurance, with a clean driving record
Educational/Technical Requirements:
• High School diploma
• Must have digital camera and cell phone
• Technically competent to be able to program a DVD player and /or Digital timer
