Troubleshooting System Problems
Having Problems with your AccentHealth digital patient education system? Please review these tips before requesting service.
- Is the power light on the LCD on? If no, is the power cord to the LCD plugged in? Check under the LCD to see if someone pulled out the LCD power cord.
- Check the power outlet - is the system plugged in?
- Is there a light switch that controls the power to the outlet that the AccentHealth system is plugged into? Is it turned on?
- Inspect the circuit breakers to this area of your waiting room; make sure the circuit breakers are in the proper position.
- If the power light is ON - is it red? If no, attempt to unplug and then plug the system back in. This "reboot" of the system may resolve the issue.
- If the power light is ON - is the color light blue or green? If so, are there any messages on the screen: "No Signal" or the screen is just bright blue? IF YES - please try to unplugging the system and plug it back in. This will recycle the system and may resolve the issue with the system.
